New MySQL UDF generator release, project moved

I released version 0.9.8 of my MySQL UDF code generator yesterday and i finally moved development over to my own php-baustelle.de family of sites.

Besides some minor changes and improvements the main difference to the previous version is that the created INSTALL and README files now have useful contents and that i added experimental support for Docbook documentation generation.

Moving over from PEAR CVS to a Trac project site with its own Subversion repository unifies development for me and as i'm the only so far working on these projects anyway i took the freedom to move stuff over in an "Escape from the Whitespace Police" maneuver

The actual releases will still happen on PEAR though, so there is no need to change the installation channel in your PEAR installer to use the packages.
